Project Kick-Off A project kick-off meeting is conducted upon award of a new contract. This initial meeting is an opportunity for the team members to initiate a project plan and determine the necessary resources. Final Design & Engineering The design and engineering team identifies any required design changes and makes the appropriate adjustments. Client design review meetings are scheduled to ensure project specifications and requirements are met and design documentation is approved for installation. Equipment Procurement Equipm Long lead-time items are identified and reviewed with project team. The project manager meets regularly with the client to maintain communication on progress, changes, etc., as well as coordinate with other trades. Installation and Programming The installation team completes necessary wire pulls, equipment installation, system integration and testing following the project plan. Any required system programming is complete and customized per the contract and/or client specifications to ensure ease of use for end users. Training The installation team provides system programming and resource materials for personnel. Training includes instruction for end users on system functionality as well as trouble shooting and basic maintenance training for the appropriate facilities personnel. Final System Commission The system is tested and reviewed with the client or client representative for sign- off. Close Out Documentation After sign off, Bluewater provide system as-built drawings. Service & Maintenance For a nominal fee, Bluewater offers optional service contracts with enhanced selections, including but not limited to two pre-scheduled preventative maintenance inspections for the first year upon completion of the installation; and, providing technical support and replacements parts as required. administrative support. STAFFING RESOURCES Account Executive The account executive manages communication regarding the project contract and payment schedule Project Manager The project manager is responsible for communication and coordination with the general contractor and other related trades. This individual manages scheduling of installation labor and implementation of any requested changes to the original project scope. The project manager is responsible for maintaining the project timeline. Project Coordinator The project coordinator is responsible for internal coordination of the Bluewater team. Engineer The project engineer is responsible for developing all engineering output documents including cable legends, system drawings and as-built drawings. Installation Manager The installation manager is responsible for supervising installation resources and management of the installation schedule.
