NO. 230? -9a AN ORDINANCE INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS AND DECREASING APPROPRIATIONS WITHIN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE. YEAR 1992 STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT Unforeseen conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget which necessitates the increase and reduction of. appropriations within the various departments of the General Fund of the City of South Bend... Respectfully-report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion This bill should be recommended to the Council favorable, as amended. On Page Two: The word Depreciation was inserted and the word Department was inserted. It should read on the second line: Water Works Depreciation Fund, rather than Water Works Department Fund.
