The shelf is attached 12" above the insidefloor of the library. This results in a shelfthat is 12" on the bottom and one that is9" on the top. It can be secured with dowelsor screwed in from the outside.

This is the trim for the roof ofthe library. It's made of 3/8" by1 1/2" stock and mitred on thecorners. It's drawn here as a singlecomponent but in reality it would beindividual pieces attached withwood glue and brads.

This is the trim for the body ofthe library. It's made of 5/8" by1 1/4" stock and mitred on thecorners. The bottom edge trimis on 3 sides only as the doortakes up the 4th side. It's drawnhere as a single component butin reality it would be individual piecesattached with wood glue and brads.
