Monday, June 22, 2020 Common Council Meeting
The South Bend Common Council will hold its regularly scheduled Committee and
full Common Council meetings on Monday, June 22, 2020. The agendas for
Committee meetings and the full Common Council meeting will be distributed by
the usual means.
In compliance with the Governor’s Executive Orders, the South Bend Common
Council and Committee meetings will be legally held by way of a virtual meeting
using the Microsoft Teams app. The Council Committee Meetings will begin at 4:00
p.m. Public access to the Council Committee meeting can be granted by this link:

The full Council Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. Public access to the Common
Council meeting can be granted by this link: https://tinyurl.com/SBCC062220.
As usual the proceedings can be viewed live on the South Bend Common Council
Facebook page as well as on WNIT public access channel 99.
**Please note that the link for the full Council meeting is different than the link
to the Committee meetings.
The public can participate in the meeting by following the directions in the “Chat”
section in the Microsoft Teams app. at the above link. In order to participate, you
will need to state your full name and address, as is also required to speak at in-
person meetings. If you will not be able to attend the virtual meeting, the Council
has created a public survey for individuals from the public to give their opinion on
items that are being deliberated by Council. That survey can be found here:
