SUBJECT: COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE
The following Common Council Committee Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2020 at Boehm Park located at 1600-1698 Edison Road (Edison Road at Rose Road) in South Bend, Indiana 46617. Please Note: The Common Council values the well-being of all
residents. Social distance procedures will be enforced during the meeting. The Committee
Meeting will be live streamed to the Common Council Facebook Page as residents can view the meeting and remain safe in their homes. Any questions should be directed to the Office of the City Clerk at 574-235-9221.

4. Community Welcome and Overview of the Evening Meeting: a. Requests for Respecting the Social Distancing Guidelines
b. Questions and Comments will be heard at the end of the Meeting. (As much as possible,
please attempt to maintain quiet during the presentation so all community members
have an opportunity to hear the information)
5. Informational Portion of the Meeting
a. Outline of the Citizens Police Review Board, Bill 12-20
b. Proposed Amendments from the Committee Following the June 8th and June 12th Meetings
c. Steps toward Passage Already taken by Bill 12-20 Sponsors d. Outline to Legislative Process to Bill 12-20’s Success
