Agenda: Organizational Meeting
Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called the Public Works and Property Vacation
Organizational Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. She introduced members of the Committee and
proceeded with the meeting agenda.
Committee Chair Niezgodski reviewed the Committee's Duties & Responsibilities as well as the
2019 Annual Report of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee. She then opened the
floor to informal discussion amongst Committee Members to discuss their various goals in hopes
of setting the 2020 agenda for the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee. Committee
Chair Niezgodski allowed comment from members of the public present and with no further
business, adjourned the Public Works and Property Vacation Organization Committee meeting at
5:10 p.m.
