MEETING SCHEDULE & AGENDA STATEMENT
To the News Media:
To insure compliance with the Indiana Open Door Law, as amended,
the Historic Preservation Commission of South Bend and St. Joseph
County, Indiana, announces the following schedule for HPC
meetings in 1992.

August 7 August 17
September 11 September 21
October 9 October 19
November 6 November 16
December 11 December 21
All meetings will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Room 411, County
Council Caucus Room, 4th floor, County/City Building, South Bend,
Indiana.
An agenda for the meetings will be available on the Wednesday
afternoon prior to the meeting. Additional matters not.requiring
a public hearing may be added to the agenda prior to the
commencement of the meeting.
If the above schedule is revised, you will be notified. If you
wish to receive a copy of the agenda, please notify the
Commission in writing.

TO: Historic Preservation Commission

RE: January Commission Meeting
The January, 1992 meeting of the HPC will be held in room #411 of
the County/City Building. To wrap up 1991 this month's packet
contains, in addition to the December treasurer's report, a
year-end treasurer's report and the 1,991 Annual Report. The 1992
projected staff budget is included for your approval.along with
1992 goals for staff projects. For your information I have also
provided the meeting schedule sent to the media.
You will be asked to vote for officers this month; the nominating
committee chose to nominate the 1991 slate of officers for 1992.
After election, the President will make committee assignments.
