there will need to be additional information. I would strongly advise that you consider
following the checklist on page three of the application, as it outlines what information

your proposed windows are different than what was there before, so more information

below:
All Projects:
Certificate of Appropriateness Application ‐‐ you've provided this
Application fee $20.00 ‐‐ you've provided this
Written description (existing condition, evaluation by repair professional) ‐‐ you've
started this, but more would be appreciated.
Overview of project (materials, scale, dimensions, construction methods, alterations,
etc.) ‐‐ you've started this, but more would be appreciated.
Photographs ‐‐ full frontal from street view, each side effected by project, close up
detail of project areas [ Ross and I took photos when we were there, but more are

Specification of material (either manufacture brochure or link to product online) ‐‐ What

Elevation drawing * (existing and proposed new)
Evaluation / quote by repair professional
I also remember there being discussion about adding an addition on the back side of
your home to increase the size of your kitchen. Is this still something that you are
interested in doing? If so, you will need to provide information about that project, as
well.
As of this moment we are scheduled to have a meeting on April 20th. Things continue to
change and develop, so it is possible this meeting will be cancelled (the March meeting
was cancelled). Without additional information, staff will not include this project on the
