RE: Mussel Grove restroom Renovation - Plumbing Modifications (#118-099A)

Dear Sir(s):
D.A. DODD, LLC proposes to provide labor and material necessary to complete the
above project as indicated on P000, P100, P400, and P800 with the following
clarifications:
1. Disconnect existing plumbing fixtures and prepare piping for selective
demolition.
2. Furnish and install new underground sanitary piping (PVC) connect to existing as
available.
3. Furnish excavation for new underground sanitary piping.
4. Furnish and install new aboveground sanitary waste and vent piping (PVC)
connect to existing venting as available. Exclude insulation if required for open
plenum HVAC returns.
5. Furnish and install new domestic water piping (copper with sweat fittings)
connect to new incoming water line complete with new backflow preventor.
6. Furnish and install new fixtures as indicated on P800.
7. Insulation included for new water piping only.
8. Permits.
Total submitted price of $ 33,800.00
(Thirty-Three Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars)
Proposal Excludes: Premium time; Taxes; Bond; Electrical; Ductwork, HVAC, or ventilation
system; Test and balance; Temperature controls; Temporary conditions; Fire suppression;
Asbestos; Re-rough; Cabinet modifications; Floor, ceiling, wall, roof cutting and patching
(removing/reinstalling ceiling tile); Final clean; Paint; Dumpster; Site utilities
Addendum:None Indicated
NOTE: Concrete cut and patch NOT included as this appears to be part of the
general trades package. We have been directed to price the plumbing ONLY.

NOTE: There is NO water heater scheduled or any hot water piping indicated on
the drawings; therefore, we have NOT included any water heater or hot water
piping in our scope or price.
Work to be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM Easterntime andto
be invoiced in full upon job completion.
