I'm just curious how many more years you think that lot next to St. Joe Grade School will be empty? It's been empty
most of my life and I've lived here a long time. Recently my office moved to Mishawaka because there was no class A
real estate available in downtown South Bend. It's just sad that people want to invest and work in the community and
your policies and incompetence drive them away. As far as the businesses that objected to the cash offer at the asking
price, how long do you think until they go under? I'll give them
24 months tops. At least we'll have an empty to park in and throw our empties from East Race Liquors, The city's new
logo should be "South Bend, We'd be Gary without Notre Dame ".
