MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m.

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A. Approval of Minutes of the April 26, 2017 Meeting
Upon a motion by Vice President Alford, seconded by President Phillips the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved the Minutes of the April 26, 2017 meeting.
2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
A Motion was made by Bishop Alford nominating Brenda Phillips as President of the
City of South Bend Building Corporation.
A Motion was made by Brenda Phillips nominating Bishop Alford as Vice-President of
the City of South Bend Building Corporation.
A Motion was made by Bishop Alford nominating Daniel Parker as Secretary of the City
of South Bend Building Corporation.

The City of South Bend Building Corporation approved the slate of officers for 2019.
3. NEW BUSINESS
A. Exhibit C (First Mortgage Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012 Police and Fire
Stations Project)
Exhibit C (First Mortgage Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012 Police and Fire
Stations Project) was presented to the Board. This is the annual compliance certificate
providing proof of insurance. The enclosed certificate of property insurance will be
returned after the corporation’s signature.
Upon a motion by Vice President Bishop, seconded by President Phillips the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved Exhibit C (First Mortgage Revenue Refunding
Bonds, Series 2012 Police and Fire Stations Project) submitted on April 18, 2019.
B. Exhibit C (First Mortgage Revenue Bond of 2013)
Exhibit C (First Mortgage Revenue Bond of 2013) was presented to the Board. This is
the annual compliance certificate providing proof of insurance. The enclosed certificate
of property insurance will be returned to the trust review analyst after the corporation’s
signature.
Upon a motion by Vice President Bishop, seconded by President Phillips the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved Exhibit C (First Mortgage Revenue Bond of
2013) submitted on April 18, 2019.
C. COIT Ref 2010
COIT Ref 2010 was presented to the Board. Like the other two certificates, this is the
annual compliance certificate providing proof of insurance. Upon the corporation’s
approval and signature, it will be returned.
Upon a motion by Vice President Bishop, seconded by President Phillips the motion
unanimously carried, the Board approved COIT Ref 2010 submitted on April 18, 2019.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion by Vice President Alford, seconded by President Phillips the motion
unanimously carried the meeting was adjourned at 11:10 a.m.
