Failure by any pre -qualified contractor to submit its complete application for continuation of "pre -qualified" standing within the time prescribed above shall result in automatic removal of the designation, effective January I of the following year, or immediately following the twelve (12) months of pre -qualified standing. However, the "removed" contractor or subcontractor shall still be permitted to bid on City public works projects, though the contractor must submit all required documents under 6-63 until "pre -qualified" status is re-established.
