Kolata noted that after the se one testing was done in the debaker Corridor, the staff sided not to acquire sane of the perties and ATEC did not do se two testing on those perties. The Murdock struction property was one we !ided not to purchase since dock intended to construct new ice space there. However, dock Construction has now -chased office space at another ation and the staff would like move forward to acquire the sent Murdock Construction perty. ATEC has proposed to do proximately 10 soil borings for hourly fee not to exceed $5,950. n a motion by Mr. Piasecki, onded by Mr. Faccenda and nimously carried, the Commission epted the proposal of ATEC ircrm ental Consultants for irorm ental testing in the debaker Corridor for a fee not exceed $5,950. .
