Ms. Jemk Pitts Manier, Chief Assistant City Att rney, conducted the election of officers Mr. Pi ki nominated Ms. Paula Auburn to serve as President of the South Bend RedevelqXnent Cannission. Mr. Donoho seconded the nomination. Upon a motion by Mr. DDnaho, seconded by Mr. Combs, the nominati ns were closed. Mr. Donpho nominated Mr. Sandy Combs to serve &s Assistant Secretary of the South Bend Redevelopment Coommission. Ms. Auburn seconded the nomination. Upon a motion by Mr. Nimtz, seconded by Mr. Pi , the nominations were closed. The vote being unanimous, Mr. Combs was elected Assistant Secretary for 1991. Mrs. Ko ata noted that the Redevelgmient Salary Resolution follows the City's Salary ce. There is also a Senior Economic Development Specialist, two Economic Development Specialist IIIs, two Econcmic, Development IVs, an Office Manager, and a Receptionist File Clerk II. Upon anotion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded CXRSSION APPROVED RESOLUMON by Mr. Xmbs and unwi mously carried, the NO. 971 SETTING MAXU,= SAI-ARIES Commiss on approved Resolution No. 971 FOR 1991 AND APPOINTED setting maximum salaries for 1991 and REDEVELOPMENT STAFF appointBd the Redevelopment staff. Upon a motion by Mr. Ccmbs, seconded by Mr. Do o and unanimously carried, the Regular Meetings of the Redevelopment Ccmmiss on were set for the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month at 10:00 a.m. local time.
