2008 South Bend Common Council
The March 10, 2008 Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council was called
to order by Council President Timothy A. Rouse at 3:08 p.m. in the Council's Informal
Meeting Room.
Persons in attendance included Council Members Ann Puzze{lo, Dr. David Varner,
Oliver J. Davis, AI "Buddy" Kirsits, Timothy A. Rouse, and Karen L. White; Mayor
Stephen J. Luecke, Jeff Gibney, Patrick McMahon, and Council Attorney Kathleen
Cekanski-Farrand.
Council President Rouse noted that the Executive Session was called pursuant to the
March 6, 2008 Notice of Executive Session which stated that the meeting was called
for the purpose of conducting interviews and negotiations with industrial or commercial
prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects pursuant to Indiana Code 5-
14-1.5-6.1(b)(4).
This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed at this Executive Session was
that contained in the attached March 6, 2008 "Notice of Executive Session".
Council President Rouse adjourned the Executive Session at 4:04 p.m.
