Special Events Committee is requesting the board to take action on the following:
a.Allowing applicants to be refunded for their initial application fee for events that
were previously approved and are now cancelled due to the coronavirus. President

Rohrscheib sent out an email regarding this nature on March 31 for a vote by the
committee on whether applicants should be refunded a non-refundable application
st
fee. On April 1, it was decided by the committee to refund application fees due to
the uncontrollable impact of the coronavirus.
