A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
March 17, 2020 by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Therese Dorau and
Joseph Molnar present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Jordan Gathers were
absent. Clerk of the Board Linda Martin was absent. Ms. Laura Hensley, Engineering, was present
in her place.
The meeting was held in the 131h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. Jefferson Blvd.,
South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully
supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and
the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Dorau stated
the following claim was submitted to the Board for qnnroval•

Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claim be approved
as submitted. Ms. Maradik seconded the motion, which carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik,
seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:02 a.m.
