Third District An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the South Bend Common Council will be held at
5:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, in the Council Informal Meeting
Fred Ferlic Room 4 Floor County -City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
Fourth District
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code §5-14-1.5 -
David Varner 6.1(b)(2)(A) and shall be held for the discussion of strategy with regard to
Fifth District collective bargaining relative to sworn members of the South Bend Fire
Department.
