Agenda: Organizational Meeting
Committee Chair Rachel Tomas Morgan called to order the Information and Technology
Committee Organizational Meeting at 3:30 p.m. She introduced members of the Committee and
proceeded with the meeting.
Organizational Meeting
Committee Chair Tomas Morgan went over welcomes and introductions of individuals present.
She then proceeded to open the floor to informal discussion regarding the Committee's Name and
Charge, pursuant to the South Bend Municipal Code. There was also informal discussion of three
(3)poignant guiding questions for the Committee.The meeting concluded with a brief introduction
of Denise Reidl,the City's Chief Innovation Office that flowed into the start of the regular meeting
of the Information and Technology Committee.
With no further business, Committee Chair Tomas Morgan adjourned the Information and
Technology Committee Organizational Meeting at 3:48 p.m.
