Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance and equipment to apply pavement markings as shown in the plans. 2. All longitudinal pavement markings on concrete pavement shall be epoxy paint. All pavement message markings on concrete pavement shall be preformed plastic. All pavement markings shall be in accordance with INDOT Standard Specifications Section 808. 3. All curing compound shall be removed or grinded prior to application of epoxy paint. 4. The material shall be warranted to retain its color and adherence to the pavement for 180 days from substantial completion. 5. All pavement markings shall be in accordance with the Indiana MUTCD.. 6. Pavement marking lines will be measured by the linear foot of thermoplastic markings. Each will be paid at the contract unit price. However, if you are unable to currently provide a listing, please understand a listing must be provided prior to contract approval. Until the completion of the proposed project, you are under a continuing obligation to immediately notify the City of South Bend in the event that you subsequently determine that you will use a subcontractor on the proposed project. 4. Attach a listing of equipment you have available to use for the proposed project. Have you entered into contracts or received offers for all materials which substantiate the prices used in preparing your proposal?
