The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on March 10, 2020, approved the above
referenced amendment to provide evacuation plans for Wayne St., Leighton, and Main and
Colfax parking structures in an amount, not to exceed $4,500 with a new total of $204,500.

2. Description of Modifications:

this amendment. Refer to paragraph numbers used in the Agreement or a previous amendment for clarity
with respect to the modifications to be made. Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of
reference herein and in future correspondence or amenfte ;],
a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services:
1) Provide evacuation plans for the Wayne Street PS, LeightonPS, and Main & Colfax
PS.
b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in
accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as
follows:
C. The responsibilities of Owner are modified as follows:
d. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above,
Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation:
1) Provide evacuation plans by March 31, 2020.
e. The schedule for rendering services is modified as follows: Paragraph 1.01 B
revise to "All services shall have a completion date of October 31, 2020."
1) The fee for such services shall not exceed $4,500.
f. Other portions of the Agreement (including previous amendments, if any) are
modified as follows:

effect. The Effective Date of this Amendment is March 10, 2020.
