Remonstrance filed against Blaine Avenue Pipe Sewer. Remonstrance filed a-,ainst Pipe Sewer on Ohio Street from Carroll St to Lake Shore Tracks. Peitition filed for Electric Light at Cor of Dayton & Mellow Streets. Peitition filed June 23, 1903 for Trunk Sewer on High Street from Priscilla St to Indiana Avenue. was referred to Engineer for Investigation. Contract for the construction and setting place 'of the concrete blocks for the new cemetery fence was awarded to Tom Bauer. ' r President. The Board met in replan session at 10 A. 14. All members preser_-I,. Bids were opened for the sale of the cold cemeter$ fence. The fence was sold to John Prast for A36.00 this being the highest bid. `SS The Board met in re6,ula.r session at 10 A. M. All members present. Bond of T. M. A=_11 members present. Howard Street hearing continued until Saturday April 16, at 10 A. M. Hearing given on the following Declaratory Resolutions for the following street improvements, Grade Curb & :balk on Hine Street, Sherman Avenue, Stanfield St and South Main Strect. Cement walks and curb on Lindsey street Cement sidewalks on High street all under improvement Resolutions Nos. 1742 175, 176, 177, 178"and 180 respectively. The Engineer filed his estimated cost of the improvements as follows, - Hine Street ..............' 402.50 Sherman Ave .............. 1734.00 Stanfield Street......... 1064.00 S. Main St............... 7000.00 Lindsey St ............... 725.00 High St .................. 114C.00 In the above matter No remonstrances a,-jpeared and no remonstrances were filed The Board find in each and every case in the said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Beni are equal to the estimated cost of the improvement and that said Declaratory Resolutions are hereby conf-rmed and approved.
