AGREEMENT This first Amendment to the Goods mid Services Agreement between Geograph Industries, Inc, having its offices at 475 Industrial Dr., flarrison, Off 45030 ("Geograph"), and City of South Berid, Indiana acting by and through its Board of Public Works ("City) is made effective February 2511,2020. WHEREAS, Gcograpb and City are parties to a Goods and Services Agreement dated August 13', 2019 ("Agreement''")" incorporated by reference and attachment; WHEREAS, the parties wish to modify certain terms and conditions of the Agreement; and, NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of time mutual promises and obligations set forth herein, the parties make this First Amendment to Agreement as follows: I. Goo& and Services to be provided, by Geograph is updated to include the addition of donor signage and other sign changes as requested by the City, 2. Compensation will increase by$210,0001.00 foj•a new total of $153,715.00. Except for the provisions herein contained, said Agreement, will remain in full force and effect as previously made. The compensation to be provided under the Agreement is increased by Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) for a new total not to exceed One Hundred Fifty -Three Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($153,715).
