The Owner will have the option to renew each subsequent year for both time and money until completion of the program. Under Exhibit C, Article 2, Section C2.01— Compensation for Basic Services CHANGE the following in the original agreement: A. Owner shall pay Engineer for basic services set forth in Exhibit a at Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment not to exceed $250,000 04 $150,000.
