Agenda: Bill No. 45-12 Transfer
Bill No. 46-12 Appropriation
Bill No. 47-12 Appropriation
These bills are all financial housekeeping transfers to rectify fund balances. The transfers
and appropriations are meant to reflect actual expenditures to date in 2013 that had been
estimated in the 2012 budget.
David Varner acting as Chair in Karen White's absence called upon Mark Neal to make
the presentation. Mark along with Gary Gilot gave detailed explanations of all 3 bills
answering Council questions along the way. Once all questions were answered Dr.
David Varner adjourned at 5:07 p.m., all three bills having been sent to Council favorably
by unanimous vote of motions by Gavin Ferlic seconded by Tammy McNally.
