Agenda: Continued Review of Complaint
This hearing was called to provide an update on the complaint filed by Councilmember
Henry Davis, Jr., against Councilmember Dr. Fred Ferlic. Since its filing the Council
Attorney Kathy Cekanski-Farrand and City Attorney Aladean DeRose have had the
complaint under procedural review.
After brief discussion,Dr. David Varner adjourned the meeting at 5:24 p.m.
