Contract for water connections on W. Marion street awarded, to B. T.Beardsley & Company. Contract for eater connections on Madison street awarded to Tom Williams. In the matter of the petition of the American Pavillion Vaudeville Company. The Board hold that the usual fee charged for theatricals be charged, the same beirg an annual charge of '25.00. St. Commissioner ordered to place a bridge on Carroll street over the Bowman Creek. President. No remonstrants appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The City Engineer called attention to the fact that in making up the assessment roll) owing to the abstracter in furnishing descriptions of property abutting on the improvement making; an error in omitting the description of the T.H. & L. Right of Way at Indiana Avenue, same was ic.luded in the Maggie M. Stull. assessment. The Board caused, laid roll to be so changed as to Puke the T. H. & L. R. R. No remonstrances were filed and no remonst rants appeared. The Board hereby declare the tvp feet off the north side of the alley adjoining Lot 6 in Hutchinsons Add. vacated. The Board. find that Lot 6 owned, by D. N. Becker is benefited in the amount of 10.00 dollars. The Board accordingly fixes the amount of assessment at 10.00. No ,property will be injuriously affected by such vacation. Now comes D. N. Becker and vraives notice of amount of assessment and hearing on amount of assessments under Vacation Resolution +17 and pays into the City Treasury of -the City of South Bend the sum of �10.00 without further proceedings.
