In the matter of the grade, curb and walks on "E" Street under Improvement Resolution +75. No remonstrances were filed and no remonstrants appeared.. In the matter of the grade, curb and gravel on St. Peter Street under Improvement Resolution Q. M.M.Dinan by his Attorney P4*M•Jackson and Emma Hodson and Otto M. Knoblock represented by Charles Hodson, remonstrated against the amount of their assessments. The Board find that the property described on the said --assessment roll is benefited in the amount of said assessments and that the said assessment roll filed Oct. 27, 1902, and the final estimate allowed Oct. 27, 1902, should be and are hereby approved < and c onf i rmed. In the matter of the grade and curb on S. Eddy Street, under Improvement Resolution 462• No remonstrances were filed and no remonstrants appeared. The Board that the assessment roll filed Nov. 3,1902, and the final estimate allowed Nov. 3, 1902, should be and are hereby confirmed. In the Matter of the Sewer Connections on W. Board find that the assessment roll filed Nov. 31 1902 and the final estimate allowe.D Nov. 3, 1902 should be and are hereby approved and confirmed. ^ In the matter of the City Hall Al:..ey Bituminous Macadam under Improvement Resolution -4102. Joseph and ?Mary A. Seafer by their Attorney F.M.Jackson and A.J. and Ida Horne by A.J. Horne appeared and objected to the amount of their assessments. The Board finds that the property described in said assessment roll is benefited by said improvement in the amounts of the assessments namedq and that the assessment rol filed Nov. 3, 1902, and the final estimate allowed Nov. 39 1902 should be and are hereby approved and confirmed. 9 In the matter of the Corby Street grade, curb and gravel under improvement Resolution + 4B. Fred C. Winkler and others appeared and objected to the quality of the work on the Eastern portion of said Improvement. The Board accordingly deferred action on said Improvement until same has been investigated.
