the bid award of December 10, 2019 for two (2) additional dump trucks for a total of $472,218.

Dear Board Members,
The Central Services Division requests your permission to extend the bid award for two (2) more
or less 2019 or Newer Tandem Axle Stainless Steel Multi -Use Dump Trucks awarded to the
lowest, most responsive bidder, Truck Centers, Inc. at the December 10, 2019 Board meeting.
The cost of the vehicles is $472,218.00 with all alternates. We would like to extend it for two
more, this purchase will be funded with proceeds from the 2020 Street Department Capital Lease
& Interest 202-0607-431.38-01 & 2025-0607-431.38-02. This price extension was approved by
the vendor in the original bid documentation and confirmed with vendor.
