SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT TRUSTEE ANNUAL MEETING December 5, 1,978 1200 County -City Building 9:00 A.M. 227 West Jefferson Boulevard Presiding Officer: Mr. Morris L. Morrison South Bend, Indiana 46601 President I. ROLL CALL Members Present: Mr. Morris L. Morrison, President Mr. Carl Weinzetl, Vice President Mr. Roland A. Kelly, Secretary. Mr. William A. Welsheimer, Member Membe s Absent: Mr. Bert Lisc, Member II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Kelly moved the approval-of the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Trustees, which was held on Monday, December 5, 1977, seconded by Mr. Welsheimer, and the motion was unanimously carried. III. ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR REDEVELOPMENT TRUSTEES Mr. Kelly moved that the following slate of officers be elected for the year 1979, seconded by Mr. Weinzetl, and the motion was unanimously carried. The newly elected officers are as follows: Mr. Morris L. Morrison, President Mr. Carl Weinzetl, Vice President Mr. Roland A. Kelly, Secretary Mr. Bert Liss, Member Mr. William A. Welsheimer, Member IV. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mr. Morrison mentioned that a resolution should be drawn up for Donald A. Wiggins, to be read at the .next regularly scheduled Redevelopment Commission meeting. He also felt that a resolution should be drawn up for C. Wayne Brownell (who was the former Executive Director, of Redevelopment) to also be read at the next Redeve.opment Commission meeting. V. APPOINTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS It was noted that a replacement would have to be appointed for Donald A. Wiggins, Vice President of the Redevelopment Commissioners. Mr. Kelly made a motion that all the following commissioners be appointed for the year 1979, with the exception of Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Weinzetl, and the r, motion was unanimously carried.
