Mr. Nimtz: The Chair finds himself to be the only Commissioner present, and therefore
finds the absence of a quorum. The only business we can conduct officially is for
Mr. Ellis n, and myself to sign claims, and to set the date for the next meeting.
The Chair having polled certain members of the Commission finds that we may not have
a quorum possible next Friday, therefore, the Chair, by its own direction, sets
the next ommission meeting for a regular meeting on October 20, 1978, at 10:00 A.M.
ADJOURNMENT.
