Monroe Park HDC houses Listing Agreement Extension

On September 27, 2011, the Commission entered in to Listing Contracts with Hallmark Real
Estate for the marketing and sale of five former HDC houses in Monroe Park. Those
contracts were for approximately six months, ending on March 18, 2012.
On Mar h 27, 2012, the Commission approved a six month extension for the two remaining
propert s.
Since that time, one of the two remaining properties has been sold, leaving one property of
the original five listed. This property is currently being shown to an interested party, and will
hopefully be sold in the near future.
Attache is an extension of the Listing Contract for the remaining property, 620 Columbia
Street. This extension is for six months, ending March 18, 2013.
