Morrison South Bend, IN. 46601 President I. ROLL CALL Members Present: Mr. Morris L. Morrison, President Mr. Carl Weinzetl, Vice President Mr. Roland A. Kelly, Secretary Mr. Bert Liss, Member Mr. William A. Welsheimer, Member II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Kelly moved the approval of _the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Trustees, which was held on Monday, December 6, 1976, seconded by Mr. Liss, and the motion was unanimously carried. III. ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR REDEVELOPMENT TRUSTEES IV: Mr. Liss moved that the following slate of officers be elected for the year 1978, seconded by Mr. Welsheimer, and the motion was unanimously carried. The newly elected officers are as follows: Mr. Morris L. Morrison, President Mr. Carl Weinzetl, Vice President Mr. Roland A. Kelly, Secretary Mr. Bert Liss, Member Mr. William A. APP INTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS (Continued) Mr. Kelly moved the above named Redevelopment Commissioners be re-appointed to serve on the Commission for the calendar year 197E, seconded by Mr. Weinzetl, and the motion was unanimously car ied. V. Mr. Morrison stated he would notify each of the Commissioners that they had been re- appointed and Mr. C. Wayne Brownell mentioned the fact that the swearing -in ceremony would take place on Tuesday, January 3, 1978, inasmuch as Monday, January 2, 1978 had been declared a holiday by the City of Sou h Bend, and all City offices would be closed on that day. The e being no further business to come before the Trustees, at :45 A.M. motion was duly made by Mr. Welsheimer for adjournment, sec nded by Mr. Kelly, and the motion was unanimously carried.
