II.I APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Kelly moved for the approval of the Minutes of the Regular
Meeting of the Redevelopment Trustees which was held on Monday,
December 1, 1975, as mailed. Motion was seconded by Mr.
Richardson and carried.
III.I ELECTION OF OFFICERS FOR REDEVELOPMENT TRUSTEES
Mr. Kelly moved that the current slate of officers (as follows)
be continued for the coming year:
Mr. Morris L. Morrison - President
Mr. William J. Richardson, Vice President
Mr. Roland A. Kelly, Secretary
Mr. Bert Liss, Member
Mr. William A. Welsheimer, Member
Mr. Liss seconded the motion and it carried.
IV.1 APPOINTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS
The following Redevelopment Commissioners have served since their
respective appointments as follows:

Mr. Richardson moved the above -named Redevelopment Commissioners
be re- appointed to serve on the Commission for the calendar
year 1977. Motion was seconded by Mr. Liss and unanimously
carried.

APPOINTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONERS (Continued)
Mr. Morrison indicated he will notify each of the Commissioners
that they have been re- appointed and Mr. C. Wayne Brownell
made mention of the fact that the swearing in ceremony will
take place on Tuesday, January 4, 1977 inasmuch as Monday,
January 3, 1977 has been declared a holiday by the City of
South Bend and all offices will be closed on that day.
Mr. Morrison commented that he would like to mention something
about the kind of individuals who serve on the Board of Trus-
tees—particularly the responsibilities he assumes in his
community, his city, his country and his world. Mr. Bert
Liss who is a member of our Board of Trustees is being honored
by the State of Israel - he will receive the State of Israel
Peace Award. The members of the Board and Mr. Brownell then
congratulated Mr. Liss on this honor.
The Chair asked if there was any other business or comments
and Mr. Liss indicated he would like to be here when the
Commissioners are sworn in - the time being 10:00 A.M. on
Tuesday, January 4, 1977.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, at 9:25 a.m.
motion was duly made by Mr. Kelly for adjournment. Motion
was seconded by Mr. Liss and carried.
