An Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
Appropriating One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000)
From the Economic Development State Grant Fund
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby determines that it is necessary
and in the best interest of the City to make certain appropriations from funds available within
the Economic Development State Grant Fund of the City of South Bend to refund the Build
Indiana Grant Fund for certain expenses related to the construction of William Richardson
Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The following sums are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from
and within the Economic Development State Grant Fund of the City of South Bend:

210.0000.334.13-00 State Operating Grant $ 170,000
Industrial Development
Said sums shall be transferred by Inter-Fund Operating Transfer to the following account, a
part of the Build Indiana Grant Fund, for the specified purpose:

Streets & Alleys
Section H. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.

Attached is an Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana
Appropriating One Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000) From the Economic
Development State Grant Fund to be filed for first reading at the Council's meeting on
November 14. The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to make certain appropriations
from funds available within the Economic Development State Grant Fund of the City of South
Bend to refund the Build Indiana Grant Fund for certain expenses related to the construction
of William Richardson Court.
