Regional Crime Lab has been awarded one of the two grants that it applied for. The grant will
cover the entire cost of the Laboratory Information Management System.
Moving to purchase after funds released in October 2019
Planning implementation of LIMS for 2020
Home Grown Program is in progress focusing on wrapping up or finalizing agreements
(partnership MOUs, school engagement, nomination and letter of commitment for candidates)
for various stakeholders of the project.

Marketing & relationships - Open house with training was a success with plans to run an-
other, text messaging application reminders were a quick win, and targeted Facebook
Ads to continue to run with adjustments until stable for a pass off to Police Department.
