AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $10,500 FROM
HAZ/MAT FUND (FUND #289) FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT
It has become necessary to defray certain expenses within
the Fire Department with an appropriation of Ten Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($10, 500) from the Haz/Mat Fund (Fund #289) in
order to fund the purchase of certain equipment to be used in the
City' s confined space and hazardous materials operation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS :
Section I . The following sum of money is hereby
appropriated and ordered set apart from Haz/Mat Fund (Fund #289)
for the items set forth below:

Section II . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by
the Mayor.
