CONTRACT FOR PROVISION OF SMALL BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES
This contract, effective December 19, 2019 through December 19, 2020, by and between the City of
South Bend Department of Community Investment ("DCI") and Ziker Sample Street, LLC (d.b.a. "Vested
Interest") is for the provision of Small Business Support Services provided specifically by and at Vested
Interest, 251 E. Sample Street, South Bend, Indiana, 46601.
DCI will provide Vested Interest with Five Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($5,150.00) to support
small business incubation in the target Sample Street Corridor in accordance with Vested interest's
policies and procedures for such support, and in conjunction with additional small business support
activities by Vested Interest which will occur in 2020.
Acceptable use of funds will support the provision of power extensions and infrastructure,
customization of small business spaces such as walls and access points, etc. Vested Interest will provide
DCI with an accounting of the use of the funds on or before December 19, 2020.
