The specified poles are due to ship on January 6th, 2019. Geograph will need one (1) week in production once received, and then one (1) week on -site for installation. Below is a timeline to back-up this request. 9/10/2019 Geograph began Shop Drawings and confirmed pricing on Beacon Poles Geograph received final quote on Beacon Poles and Lead Time of 10-12 weeks 9/11/2019 Geograph received additional technical specifications on Beacon Poles to incorporate in Shop Drawings. 9/12/2019 Matt from Geograph called for confirmation on pole lead time prior to pre -con meeting 9/16/2019 Matt from Geograph met with Josh, Toy, Cara, Alicia, Brian and Bob for pre -con Matt from Geograph informed all parties of this 10-12 week lead time. 9/18/2019 Geograph was told the 4" Beacon Poles could NOT be used. Geograph was sent a revised quote using 5" Beacon poles. 9/19/2019 Geograph questioned the break-away/base cover fit and compatibility with 5" poles 9/20/2019 Dave from Geograph contacted Josh Ehmer about possible compatibility issues. Geograph sent Shop Drawings to our Engineer to Stamp 9/23/2019 Dave from Geograph was informed that break -away system was not required. 9/30/2019 Geograph received Stamped Engineered Drawings 10/14/2019 Geograph had all approvals, drawings and information and Beacon Poles were ordered. 10/21/2019 Geograph received confirmation that Beacon Pole order was processed and started. 12/30/2019 10 WEEKS FROM ORDER 1/6/2020 12 WEEKS FROM ORDER Thanks in advance and please let me know if you need anything else.
