The Board of Public Works, at its meeting held on December 10, 2019, approved the above
referenced amendment for the former Studebaker Complex Soil Remediation (Ignition Park)
for an additional 90 days.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This First Amendment to Professional Services Agreement (this "First Amendment") is
made effective on December 10, 2019 (the "Effective Date"), by and between the City of South
Bend, Indiana, an Indiana municipal corporation, acting by and through its Board of Public Works
(the "City"),- and Hull & Associates, Inc. (the "Contractor") (each a "Party" and collectively the
"Parties").
RECITALS
A. The City and the Contractor entered into a Professional Services Agreement dated
September 25, 2018 (the "Services Agreement"), for the provision of Services to the City (as more
specifically defined in the Services Agreement).
B. The City and the Contractor wish to amend the Services Agreement to extend the
term thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in this First
Amendment and the Services Agreement, the adequacy of which consideration is hereby
acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
In Section 4 of the Services Agreement, the term 'December 31, 2019" shall be
deleted and replaced with "March 31, 2020."
2. Unless expressly modified by this First Amendment, the terms and provisions of the
Services Agreement remain in full force and effect.
3. Capitalized terms used in this First Amendment will have the meanings set forth in the
Services Agreement unless otherwise stated herein.
