DUDA Approved and sired by me /.1-t/iT P 19 ° Mayor ORDINANCE NO. 5gg - 94 AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $726,657 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to assure the efficient and timely utilization of Community Development Block Grant Funds and that the immediate needs of specific activities are met, transfers among accounts are necessary. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. The sum of$726,657 is hereby transferred among accounts as set forth below. The transfer will add funds to previous allocations for the Northeast Neighborhood Revitalization- Public Works and the Community Homebuyers Corporation 75/25 Program. Two (2) new projects have been proposed for funding from these funds: South Bend Heritage Foundation's Robertson's Rehab and the construction of Elder Parkway.
