of 10 A. M.

Louis A. Pagle, Wilhelmena Muessel,Barbara la,ng, Adam Muessel,€as havixg signed a
remonstrance against the assessments made against their property in the matter of the
extension of Washington st. as under a mis-apprehension,and now being fully advised
as to the facts in the matter.,they hereby withdraw said names as heretofore filed.

that the property assessed in. said rolls filed September 20th. 1910 is benefited in the
mount of assessments as shown on said rolls,axd the 'Board further wind that the assessmeiat
roll filed September 20th. 1910 and the final estimate - a,llonred. September 20th. - --1"0
