esolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Beni Indiana. That it is
desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public improveMents'in the
said City as authorized by the following'numbered Improvement Resolution,adopted by said
Board on the 9th day of August 1910.
Resolved that an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as
follows: Begining.at the center of Mic.ligan Street and Calvert street thence east along
the center line of Calvert Street with a 12" pipe to a point 20feet west of the west line
of Witwer avenue. Together with the necessary mouse connections,Manholes,Inlets etc.
All as shown on the plans and profiles on file in the office of the Board of Public Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana and all work in the making ofsaid public improvement
must be done in accordance there with. Said Board has fixed the 26 day of August 1910 as
a date upon which remonstrances may be filed or heard by persons interested. or affected
by said public improvement and on said day at 7-15 P.m. said Board will at its office
hear and consider any remonstrator and person interested or whose property is affected
by said public improvement and will decide whether the benefits that will accrue to the
p roperty,abutting and adjacent to tr!e proposed improvements and to said City,will be
equil to or exceed the estimated cost of t e proposed improvements,as estimated by the
City Civil Engineer.
A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the contractor in payment of such work where t e property
