Bids opened on East Wayne St. Overflow Suer same ref ered to City Engineer for
tabulation.
Contract signed and Bonds approved for Water Connections on St,Joseph St. and
East Navarre St. with Thomas Williams under Improvement Resolutions No's 19
and 19 respectively.
Contractors Excavation Bond of Thomas Williams approved -
