Board met in regular session at 10 A.M. all members present.
Hearing given on Assessment Roll: and Final Estimate for Asphalt Pavement on La,Potte
Avenue from Oak -Street to Michigan Avenue under Improvement Resolution NO.599.
Remonstrators appeared and a remonstrator was f'iled.The Board after taking the matter
under advisement find that the property nssessedin said rolls'filed June 10th.1910
is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said Rolls,and the Board further
find that the assessment Roll filed Jane 10th.1%0 and the Yin11 Estimate allowed
June loth. 1910 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and
approved. ,

Avenue from La,Potre Avenue to Michigan Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.606.
No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.the Board therefore find
that the property assessed in said rolls filed June 10th.1910-is benefited in the am
amount of assessments as shown on said Rolls,and the Board further find that the
Assessment Rolls filed June 10th.1910 and the Final Estimate allowed June 10th.1910
should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and approved.

�Resblvtd='Iby the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana.
That bids be received for the construction and repairing of cement walks and curbs
on different streets in said City,where the same are already partialy constructed or
defective . All work to be constructed or repaired in accordance with stande,rd
specifications on file in the City Engineers office of said City.
All work to be done and assessments made as provided in suction I.ofa an Act
entitled" An Act concerning Municipal Corporations, approved 1909"
Said Improvement shall be known and designated as GENERAL SIDEWALK AND REPAIR
WORK IMPROVEMENT NO.42
✓ Partial Estimate allowed to C. L. Headley for Grade,Curb and Walk on Dale Avenue
under Improvement Resolution NO.4. $375.93
Partial Estimate allowed to Peters Bros Paving So. for Aspholt on Howard Avenue
under Improvement Resolution No..606.�� 8
Remonstrance received and placed on file remonstrating against Pipe Sewer on
St,Peter St. from Madison St,to La Salle Ave.
