Grede,Curb and Walk on Bertrand St, " " No. 21.Thomas M. Bauer
Pipe sewer on Diamond Avenue " " No. 16 Staples & Ackerman
Pipe Sewer on east Wayne Street " " 'No. 20 Staples & Ackerman
Pipe Sewer on Milton Avenue " " No, 26 Henry DeVos
.Hearing given on Improvement Resolution No. 31.for Grade on South Michigan Street
from Ewing Avenue to,Leeper Road.
Engineer filed estimated cost as follows;
South Michigan Street Grade ----------- ---------- $10000:00
In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed.
The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the
benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated
cost of said -improvements and the sste are hereby in all things ratified confirmed
and approvrd.
Resolved.)that notice be published on the 9th,and 16th. days of.July 1910 in the
South Bend Daley Times,stating that the Board will receive bids for the said
improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 29th. day of July 1910.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

No.599 and also on`Ho*ard Avenue pavement Improvement Resolution No.606 the same were
ordered defered until-_ Friday July 15th. 1910 at 7-15 P.M.
✓ Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No.2 for the purpose of appropriating a strip
of .land laying between the .' ► G bank of the East race and the v.e--A, bank of the west race
