Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 2 appropriating the following property towit
Beginning at the north line of Washingtion Avenue ,and the East bank of the East Race
thence west in -line with said north line of washin€gton Avenue,to the west bank of the
West race thence due South 82 `1/2ft. to a point in 16ne with the .South lime of Raid
