�In the matter of the letting of the contract for Water Connections on Miami
Street from Bowman Street to Fox Street under Improvement Resolution .25
the Board Find that the sealed proposals in their judgement to high,.,recind
all former bids and order the work relet
Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be
published on the lat. and Sth of July 1910 in the South Bend Daily Times
The Board will receive bids up to 10 A.I. on the 22th: day of July 1910
In the matter of letting the contract for the construction of Water Connections
on Fisher Street from Webster Street to Union Street under Improvement
Resolution No.24. The Board f3hnd the sealed -proposals in their judgement to be
to high therefore be it resolved that all bids on resolution NO.24 be recinded
and the work ordered erle-t.
