Board met in regular session at 10.A.M. all members present.
Aggreement entered into by Thomas Bauer Contractor on the Ewing Avenue Grade,Curb
and Walk under Improvement Re8olution N0.602. and Mrs. Margeret M. Stull in which
Thomas Bauer agrees to allow Mrs.Stull one cent per.Sq, Yd. for defective Walk
Partial Estimate allowed L.H.Webster on the East Broadway Lateral Sewer291.00
Hearing given on assessment Roll and Final Estimate for Grade,Curb and Walk on'
Ewing Avenue from South Michigan Street to.La Fayette Street under Improvement
Resolution V0.602.
No remonstrators appeaved and no remonstrances were fiied,The-Board therefore find
that the property assessed in said rolls filed May 17th. 1910 is benefit in the
amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find. that the
assessment rolls Piled May 17th. 1910,and the Final Estimate allowed May 27th.1910
should be and -the same are hereby in all things rat ified',confirmed and approved.
