IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO.-32.
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana.
That an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal, --points as followes;
Water Connections onDiamond Avenue from Michigan Avenue to La,Forte. Avenue in accordance
with a reportb submitted to the Common Council by the Board of Public storks and adopted
on the 21th. of June 1910.
Said Improvement shall be known and designated as the DIAMOND AVENUE WATER CONNECTIONS
Rnd shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Ci
Engineer, filed herewith.Notice of proposals for bids for the execution of the above work
shall be published on the 22th. day of June and on the 29th. day of June 1910 in the -
South Bend Daily Times. The Board will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 13th. day of
July 1910.
""Hearing given on Roll showing awards of damages and assessments of benefits in the
matter of Vacation Resolution NO. 4. adopted on the 15th, day of April 1910.
Several remonstrators appeared in person but no remonstrances were filed; The Board therefa
declare the above Roll filed June 10th. 1910 in all things ratified,confirmed and approved.
